On Putin’s official departure Young Front activists were being set free.
Mikhalai Dzemidzenka was the first to be released from Akhrestin Jail on June 1 at 11.15 a.m., though his friends expected him to be released in the evening. Just at that time Putin was leaving Minsk.
“They aimed at taking us to jail during Putin’s visit to Minsk. Our arrests are related to one illegitimate president’s visit to the other, which caused panic at both sides, — declared Mikhalai Dzemidzenka to the “Svaboda” Radio.
During last three months the guy was accused of foul language imprisoned three times.
“Youngfrontees have a strong stance on Russia. Our activists who remain imprisoned now participated in activities at Balotnaya Square, Moscow.
On the election day in Russia we made an action in Minsk to support Russian opposition, that is why Belarusian authorities were afraid of our possible actions on Putin’s arrival.
Young Front activists Uladzimir Yaromenak, Dzmitry Kremianetski and Raman Vasilyeu remain imprisomed till now.
Mikhalai was to serve 3 days’ arrest that he ought to after the latest arrest while he was taken to hospital because of his bad condition.
