Mikhail Muski’s appeal against military service office will be undergone on June 14 in Niasvizh court. They guy is to be taken to court under escort.
On June 1 the first trial of the case on Muski’s appeal was done. Draft board was represented by Marozau A.V. Muski’s representative showed a series of motions, some of which were partially met. Three Young Front activists have not been set free after serving administrative arrests and stay imprisoned till the end of Putin’s official visit to Minsk.
On ending up their administrative arrest YF activists did not even have a quick breathe in the open air. They were followed and taken directly to court to stand the trial on alleged disorderly conduct and sentenced to administrative arrests. On May 26 Young Front activist Raman Vasilyeu was to have been released after 12-day arrest for posting the national white-red-white flag in the anniversary day of the referendum of changing the national symbols. The guy was brought with a new administrative protocol and set under arrest in Akhrestin Detention Jail centre.
On May 28 Raman stood trial in Maskouski district court. The same story happened to his friends Uladzimir Yaromenak and and Dzmitry Kremianetski.
On May 25 Maskouski district court (judge Tatsiana Motyl) accused Young Front activist Dzmitry Kremianetski and sentenced him to 10-day administrative arrest. The witnesses were Davydziuk and Hancharou. The activist was not set free on May 24 after the previous 10-day arrest.
On May 24Ul.Yaromenak was taken to stand trial in Maskouski district court from Akhrestin Detention Jail Centre where he was to have been set free the day before.
Instead of being released the guy was brought with a new protocol on Article 17.1 “Disorderly Conduct”. Далей
Since the very beginning of 2012 Young Front members have been condemned to 350 days’ administrative arrests, which broke the absolute record by Belarusian authorities towards one organization.
On May 21 Young Front initiated and started a solidarity campaign with arrested YF activists Raman Vasilieu, Mikalai Dzemidzenka, Dzmitry Kremianetski, Uladzimir Yaromenak and Pavel Siarhei. Далей
YF activist Mikhail Muski was forcedly taken to serve the term in the army. On May 15 the guy was able to contact and inform his friends about the coming “happy” event in his life.
Mikhail was taken from Akhrestin Jail to 29th Missile Air Defense Unit of the Armed Forces of Belarus in Lepel. Далей
On 17 May YF activist Pavel Siarhei stood trial in Frunzenski District Court. He was accused of under Article 17.1 of the Administrative Code of RB (“disorderly conduct”). The judge Natalia Karobina sentenced Pavel to 5-day administrative arrest. Далей
Young Front ectivist Julia Vinakhodava faces expulsion from college for participating in solidarity picket with Kavalenka near Vitsebsk jail. The activist is doing her final year at Vitsebsk State Technological College. On May 18 her mother was called to come to the college and have small talk on her daughter’s political activity.
The activist’s mother was treated well in the college. They were trying to make against her daughter, saying that Julia participates in illegal activities to get European grants. Далей
Yesterday YF activists Mikalai Dzemidzenka, Raman Vasilieu and Mikhail Musski were to leave prison in Akrestsin after 15-day arrest. But, unfortunately Mikhail was not set free.
His friends searched for the associate and only in the morning it got known exactly that Musski was again in jail. The circumstances of Mikhail’s detention are not known. We managed to find out in the detention centre that the guy would undergo the trial in Maskouski district Court on Monday. Далей
